September 2

We all woke in the car with the windows completely fogged up despite the fact that the windows were cracked (no more, because that would have been way to cold). Neither me or Larissa wanted to get out of our sleeping bags because it was so cold outside. We all decided that we would just pack up everything and start driving and then find something for breakfast on the way. Even though everything was really wet from the rain, we packed it all up because we didn't have time to dry it out, and left after saying good-bye to our temporary neighbors.

Before we even left the park we decided we wanted to stop for breakfast, so we did at a little place in West Glacier. We had a really good breakfast, and then got going. We decided we'd stop at a little place we'd seen called the Huckleberry Patch that sold huckleberry everything you could think of. We weren't disappointed either. They have honey, jams, candles, shampoos/lotions, candies, pastries, baked goods and a lot of other things. It took us a little while to decide what we'd get and what wasn't so important.
The rest of the trip was just normal driving. We listened to some Ted.Talks to get science credit, and read about the journey of Louis and Clark, but otherwise it was just drive and keep driving. We ended up getting home an hour before mom thought we would, which was really nice, but I had a really bad headache and ended up going to bed really early after eating a quick dinner.
